  • All sticker and pin orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • All apparel orders are print-on-demand through our suppliers. Please allow appropriate lead time for this process. All apparel orders are printed and shipped post-production, this lead time between 9 to 14 days from the United States. Shipping times may vary for International shipping addresses.
  • PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. Orders that are shipped to the wrong address will not be replaced and will need to be reordered with the correct shipping address.
  • Please be aware of any potential delays in your order being shipped due to a high volume of orders to our supplier or potential postal service problems that are outside our control.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • We have a 30-day return policy. This means we accept returns **by request** up to 30 days after receiving your item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in it’s original packaging. We also require your order number or email associated with the order.
  • To start a return request, contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com. If your return request is accepted we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to use without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com.

Return Policy

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately in the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, or receive the wrong item.
  • Contact us admin@themicrosquad.com with your order number and a photo(s) of the item’s condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages & Issues

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include your order’s tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
